Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Proficient in drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Experienced in drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions
• Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but we welcome talented attorneys from other litigation backgrounds
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Must be admitted to practice law in California
